Most people love anything with chocolate and peanut butter… and why shouldn’t they?

  • 1 Cup of almond milk
  • 2 Scoops Vi-Shape® Nutritional Shake Mix
  • 1 Banana frozen cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 heaping teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 2 teaspoon old fashioned oats
  • Blend Well and Enjoy!
