Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter, Melted
  • 3/4 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
  • 3 Medium Bananas, Mashed
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Scoops of Our Nutritional Vi-Shape Shake Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Safflower Oil
  • 2 Vegan Egg Subs or 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 2 Bananas, Sliced for Topping
  • Extra Warm Peanut Butter to Drizzle

Baking Instructions:

– Preheat oven to 350F.
– Spray standard loaf with coconut oil spray.
– Beat all wet ingredients then mix in all dry ingredients.
– Pour batter in loaf pan, take banana slices and place them in the center gently pressing down.
– Bake for 1 hour.
